A fair agreement for using Landeni.

You may use Landeni only if you can enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping account access secure.

Language scores, translations and suggestions can be imperfect. They are learning aids, not certified translations, examination results or professional advice. Important legal, medical, financial or safety communications should be checked by a qualified person.

You keep ownership of text, audio and community content you submit. You grant Landeni the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce and present that content to operate and improve the features you use.

You must have the right to submit the content and must not expose another person’s private information without permission.

You may not use Landeni to:

• harass, threaten, impersonate or exploit others;
• publish unlawful, hateful or deceptive material;
• probe security or disrupt the service;
• scrape, resell or automate access without permission;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or the law.

Paid plans, prices, renewal terms and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by that store’s billing and refund terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The Landeni product, brand, software and original content are protected by intellectual property law. These terms provide a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

We work to keep Landeni reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops. If a material change negatively affects a paid service, we will provide notice and any remedy required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer protections. German law applies where legally permitted. Mandatory rules and courts in your country of residence remain available to consumers.

You can stop using Landeni or delete your account directly in the app. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches, with notice where appropriate. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
